1. Information Collection and Usage
To process your transaction, I require only your email address.
- Payment Processing: Your email is shared with Paystack, my secure payment gateway, to facilitate the transaction.
- Support & Reporting: I retain your email to maintain a record of the sale and to contact you should any technical issues arise with your payment or file delivery.
2. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon a successful transaction, an automatic download of the project files is triggered.
- Technical Failure: If a payment is successful but the download fails to trigger, please contact me at awonke@contawo.com with your transaction receipt or email used for purchase.
- Resolution: Once the payment is verified in my system, I will manually send the code files to your provided email address. If you prefer not to proceed due to the technical error, a full refund can be issued only if the files have not yet been delivered.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the code files have been successfully downloaded or manually sent to you.
- Because digital files cannot be "returned" or "revoked," I do not offer refunds after the product has been accessed or delivered.
4. Satisfaction and Support
While I strive for the highest quality in every project, I cannot guarantee that the code will meet every individual expectation or specific hardware/software environment.
- No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be granted based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the code structure.
- Our Commitment: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. I will work with you to provide clarity or fixes where possible. My goal is your satisfaction, though I do not guarantee custom feature additions or extensive personal tutoring.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
- License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and implement the code for personal or commercial projects.
- Prohibited Use: You may not resell the source code "as-is" or redistribute it as a standalone template or product.
6. Limitation of Liability
The code is provided on an "as-is" basis. I will not responsible for any damages, data loss, or system failures that may occur during the integration or use of the provided files.
